We love feedback – unless you talk to us, we don’t really know if you are happy with our service, support and new initiatives.
Of course we do our very best to get things right first time, but we know that there will be times when you feel we haven’t kept our promises.
Compliments: please let us know when you are happy with the service we provide. It’s great to know that we are doing a good job.
Complaints: our complaints procedure is open to everyone who receives or asks for a service from us. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, you should contact us within twelve months of the event.
Complaints can be made by telephone, in person, electronically by email or in writing to the Housing Office, or any other communication method preferable to you.
For further information, please read or download our Complaints Policy below. Completed Complaints Forms should be sent to the Housing Office:

Anti-Social Behaviour
The St Peter’s (Saltley) team knows how difficult and stressful life can be if you experience anti-social behaviour (ASB) of any kind and we take a pro-active approach to resolve issues as soon as possible.
We also recognise our responsibilities to the wider community and work closely with tenants, community groups and other relevant agencies such as the Police, local authority, anti-social behaviour teams and crime and disorder reduction partnerships.
What to do:
If you are experiencing anti-social behaviour please get in touch with us as soon as possible by downloading and completing an ASB Initial Incident Form and return to the Housing Office. If you need assistance in completing the form, a member of staff can help. You can speak to a member of staff on: 0121 327 7265.
