We always aim to get things right first time, but we know that there are times when you may feel we have not reached your expectations.
Compliments: it is important for us to receive feedback when you are happy with the service we provide. Your compliments help us to do things right.
Comments: if you have any comments or suggestions on how we can improve our service, please let us know. We are committed to providing the best standards of service to all our customers.
Complaints: our complaints procedure is open to everyone who receives or asks for a service from us. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, you should contact us within six months of the event.

St Peter’s (Saltley) Housing Association is always concerned about the effects of people’s behaviour on others and takes a pro-active approach to resolve issues before they become a serious problem.
St Peter’s (Saltley) HA recognises it’s responsibilities to the wider community and as such is committed to ensuring that they work closely with Tenants, community groups and other relevant agencies. Such agencies include the police, local authority, other RSL’s, anti-social behaviour teams and crime and disorder reduction partnerships.
All complainants will be requested to put their complaint in writing to the management office. Assistance will be given to any complainant unable to do so. All information will be kept confidential. All alleged perpetrators will be given the opportunity to respond to allegations made.
